1. Our Guarantee

We want you to feel confident in every purchase you make from CattleBoy Clothing. If you’re not satisfied with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

2. Return Eligibility

You can request a return under the following conditions:

  • Return is initiated within 14 days of receiving the item

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Underwear or intimate wear (due to hygiene)

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at info@cattleboyclothing.xyz with your order number and reason for return

  2. We will provide return instructions and the return address

  3. Securely pack your item and use a trackable shipping method

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item

  • If verified, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

6. Exchanges

We currently do not support direct exchanges. If you want a different item or size, please return the original item and place a new order.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:
